Mentoring can be defined as “a mutually beneficial relationship which involves a more experienced person helping, advising or training a less experienced person.”
It is an experience that is valuable for both Mentor and Mentee.
For Mentors, it can be very rewarding to share knowledge and experiences, and compare perspectives.
For Mentees, they have the chance to ask questions, seek advice and benefit from the support of someone who has already walked a similar career journey.
Join our 8-week structured mentoring program that runs alongside the uni semester, beginning with a face to face orientation to connect with youth who are eager to hear about your experiences and stories.
Can't commit to our 8-week program?
Join our Mentor Days to experience themed speed mentoring over a jam-packed day. Learn and connect with fellow Mentees and Mentors through various activities.
