That’s why Encompassible exists.
We are a Melbourne-based social enterprise working with young people to
discover their why, develop crucial life skills, find a meaningful career and offer guidance through sharing our lived experiences.

The COVID-19 pandemic has seen a rise in unemployment that Deloitte has predicted will not return to normal until 2024. Many young people will be affected. Here at Encompassible, we are working harder than ever to ensure as many young Australians as possible have the support they need to navigate the rapidly changing job market now and in the future.
